How do I send images to the KODAK Kiosk using the KODAK MOMENTS app?

Using APPLE Devices

IMPORTANT! Make sure that the KODAK MOMENTS App is installed on your APPLE device.

On your phone:

  1. Launch the Kodak Moments app
  2. Tap the Kiosk ICON Kiosk Icon
  3. Tap Choose New Photos

NOTE: This option may use data . We recommend using a Wi-Fi network connection.

      4. Tap the photos when finished touch Next 

On the Kiosk

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions for making a product.
  2. Select Picture Source - choose Mobile Device


     3. Select Using Wi-Fi



     4. When asked: "Do you currently have the KODAK MOMENTS App installed on your phone?", select Yes

     5. Screen will display a Network Name & Session Password.

Wi-fi bs

On your phone:

  • Tap Settingssettings > Wi-Fi Wi-Fi
  • Select the Wi-Fi Network: Look at the Kiosk screen and choose matching Wi-Fi network
  • Enter the Session Password: to Join Network
  • Now return to the Kodak Moments App.
  • Photos will begin to transfer.

How do I order prints?

First time setup - Create an Account

  1. Touch Sign Up
  2. Touch Sign Up with EMAIL, FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE
  3. Touch check box to agree with the Terms & Conditions
  4. Follow the instructions to complete Account Sign Up

NOTE: This Print option uses data . We recommend using a Wi-Fi network connection.

         New Shop 

  • Ship to Home - Shop products will be shipped to address provided.
  1. Touch Prints.
  2. Select a print size.
  3. Select photos.
    • Select an image source – Camera Roll, Albums, social media sites.
    • Touch photos to select them.
      NOTE: Select photos from multiple sources, as needed.
  4. Touch Next.
  5. Review each photo selected and edit the order. (Touch Photo to Crop/edit )
    To... Do this...
    Edit photos
    1. Touch the photo.
    2. Use editing tools:
      • Touch Rotate ICON to rotate 90°.
      • Touch Crop Icon to crop and center.
      • Touch Red Eye Icon to correct red-eye.
      • Touch  New Effects to add effects to photo.
      • Touch Color Profile to apply color filters.
      • Touch Perfect Touch to apply Perfect Touch auto-correction.
    3. Touch Done
    Change print quantity
    1. Touch the displayed quantity.
    2. Swipe to scroll values.
    3. Touch the desired quantity.
    Add print size(s)
    1. Touch Add sizes.
    2. Select each desired print size.
    3. Touch Save.
  6. Touch Add to Cart.
    1. Follow the instructions for your delivery:



      1. Enter Promo Code if available
      2. Verify the Shipping Address.
      3. Shipping & Handling charge listed
      • All products are shipped using Standard delivery
      • Package will arrive within 5-9 Business days


      “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including

       holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local

       postal service for all observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

           4. Select Checkout for payment

No photos or albums appear in the app

One of these messages appears when I select photos in the app:

  • "This app requires access to your Photos. Go into your device settings and enable Photos for the app."
  • "No Images or Albums found."

To resolve:

  1. Touch:
    • Settings settings
    • Privacy  privacy
    • Photos   photos

Find the KODAK Moments icon, then tap the slider (on) to enablepermission.

How do I send photos from my iOS Device to the KODAK Print Place for printing?

Print Place

To send photos from your iOS Device for printing, you must first connect to the Print Place.

  1. Touch:

    • Settings Settings
    • Wi-Fi Wi-Fi
  2. Select the KODAK-PRINT-PLACE network.
    A check mark displays when your device is connected to the Print Place. Checkmark

To select and print your photos:

  1. Launch the KODAK MOMENTS App.

Touch Choose Photos.

KODAK Moments App will not install

The app appears to be installing, but installation does not complete.

To resolve:

  1. Power cycle your phone or tablet (i.e., turn the device off, then on).
  2. Access the Internet using a Wi-Fi connection.
  3. Install the app.
  4. Check your device for updates, and upgrade if necessary. (This will help address issues with your device.)

You can manage Kodak Moments app push notifications.

Follow the steps below to Turn notification OFF/ON

1) Touch "Settings" Settings

2) Touch Note 1

3) Touch Note 2

4) Move "Allow notification" button to OFF position
