This shot was taken at Dalyan, on the south-west coast of Turkey. This lady had just come out of therapeutic mud bath and she wanted me to take her photograph before she jumped into the lake. I took this image with a fast shutter speed to capture her in mid-air. I loved the smile on her face and the way she jumped - It showed that her age was insignificant. This shot was taken in my back garden as a project to look at nature in macro. The Ant moved really quickly along the moss edge, which made the capture really difficult.
