While traveling through Vietnam, I visited a number of homes. This gentleman was laboring over a pile of Cashews. He was using an Exacto knife blade to scrape the skins of of the nut. My wife and I were on a 16-day cruise around the coast of South America. We'd never seen penguins in their natural environment before. These guys live on Volunteer Point in the Falkland Islands.
