I took this photo when I visited London a couple of weeks ago. I went there on my own. I took it from the bus back to the airport. I like the two people who greet eachother with a kiss, maybe after not seeing each other for a while. The London cabs in the background and people looking at the couple. I find the photo captures a special moment. I visited London to meet fellow Film Photography Podcast listeners. I had a great time shooting London on Kodak Tri-x and expired Ektar 25 film. This is one of my favorite photos because I love silhouettes against beautiful sunset skies, but also because of the fun time I had with my photography friends and our cameras that evening. It was very chilly out there on the wet sand, but that didn't dampen our enthusiasm one bit! This was taken November 26, 2010 in Huntington Beach, California, a favored destination for Southern California surfers.
